So, I binged last night. Waiting for that scale to finally move below 150 and just became plain frustrated. I was hungry all day yesterday. It has become so insane that I was seriously questioning my choice of eating an apple. Was it the apple that is stalling me? See what I mean, crazy thinking. So, at 8:30pm I ordered a small H&P pizza - extra cheese of course. I ate it all in under 10 mins and turned in for the night 1/ hour later.
This morning I have a stomach ache and that tinge of regret/failure/hopelessness.
But, I took a look at my progress and got my thoughts set straight. Upwards and onwards - today is a new day and maybe I'll have some pizza in a couple of months - pizza pie is not going anywhere - It will always be there waiting for me! LOL

If you are going to binge, pizza ia a good choice. It hits all the satisfaction points: taste, texture, carb, fat. Just overall perfection in sinful delightfulness.

It's ok - just recommit! I had a similar issue over the weekend - couldn't deal with a stressful situation. It's over with and I am getting back on track. Life is a process, not a single defining event, so don't let that one pizza make you think you are a failure, because you are NOT! :)

I got wrecked by Snickerdoodles last night. These things happen, we just have to make it happen far less frequently and we'll be fine! :-)
