DairyKing's Journal, 14 Nov 11

Been busier than a one-legged Riverdancer. Took today and tomorrow off from work to use up some of my vacation time, and get some outside stuff done before the winter weather hits. Went to the doctor to get the results of my bloodwork. Everything was great, except my HDL (Happy Cholesterol) was still a little low at about 34. I guess they like to have that up around 41 or so. That's always been a tough one for me; about the only thing that can bring that up is exercise. Drugs help a little, so he kept me on some stuff for a while. He said if I keep losing weight and exercising, I'll be off of everything - probably by next visit about this time next year. BP was 128/81, and pulse was 65, so I know the plan is working.
:)
Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think I've forgotten this before.
