Past two days have been on point ;-) I wonder why sometimes I can go for weeks being very strict but then other times I fail for days- idk. I started the HPs again yesterday and today. Idk why I stopped those as they r so beneficial.
Almost 3 weeks of swimming. We took one day a week for rest the first two weeks then two days last week, going for straight days until we leave Saturday. I over ate like a heavy man for a couple of days and now I don't really think I can afford to let loose oom vacation. It really messes w my phych-ee idk how to spell that. Oh well I will carry on, hope to have a third great day in a row when it comes to fitness and nutrition:-) I'll do the calipers Friday's no matter what!

great to hear Misty!! It's kinda like climbing a ladder that has all its parts greased...safe when gripped tight but let loose for a bit and down we slip into quick weight gain. Fasting here and there has really helped me get out of trouble...take care little buddy!!

Misty, I wish I had your dedication, but you are young, and I am the opposite. lol I still can "out work", most in the gym. I remember, I took a swim class, to become a decent swimmer. I wish I could get into it again. Swim classes are well worth it. We began the class, and couldn't swim to the other side of the pool, and by the time we finished the class, we all did 70 laps. Swimming is wonderful.

I recommend fasting as well I know it helps and I know I can do it. Three more days to straighten up!! I've been doing a protien shake/smoothie for lunch then do my DVD then swim then dinner than no more eats for the last couple of days. I wish I could do that every night but just cannot. I am weak and gluttonous as I am human. 🤔 Warren I wear my snorkel and fins when I swim and I just love it. This winter we will join a lap swim program indoors which is fun to swim in the middle of a Chicago winter ;-)
