Hello Everyone,

Im Sarah Rasmussen. My fitness journey began in my youth. I was always active. I love the water, swimming and water sports has always been my favorite! Im an adrenaline junkie, I would skydive, go snorkelling and whale watching, parasail, jetski, body boarding, surfing, tubing off the back of a boat, attempting waterski's although I only get up half way! I've gone snowboarding and tubing a few times,I've loved horseback riding and hiking. Strenuous hours at the gym. I did river rafting, outdoor camping and light kayaking. My best shape was size 6-8 jeans and dress size,150lbs, Im pretty muscular and I enjoyed lifting light to moderate weights. I had a knee surgery from sports injury. Followed by a couple of car accidents and I gained way too much weight. I had a period of time where my feign for adrenaline sports was not fed, making me wish to be more active again and I experienced some depression for 2 1/2 years. I love bodybuilders lifestyle, the drive and mentality of fitness, I like watching fitness/nutrition videos and learning. I also love good food, I eat to refuel my body and Im always on the healthier side.My plan is to regain strength and become as fit and hopefully fitter than before. Im inspired by competitors that live a Bikini lifestyle. I'm happy to share my journey with everyone, and I wish to inspire many along the way, to live doing what you enjoy.
