so I forgot to weigh in... woke up at 5am slept at 11pm last night. managed to do 2 10 min sets of 30-30 interval training and felt like a hippo moving... gosh just 1 month of not exercising and it was such an effort yesterday...worked some muscles I hadn't moved at all since my limited exercise bouts had been walking and breast stroke swimming for a few minutes. I need to get up from my work desk more often and do some squats... whilst the kettle boils... better than not moving at all.
