Thanks, guys! I always thought I'd be over here like 💃🎊🎉🎇🎆 (and I am to a certain extent), but not so much because it has become a health thing now more than anything else. The MOST awesome part is that I HONESTLY don't care what the scale says any more. NO MORE STRESS! I know there is no finish goal for me until the day someone throws dirt on top of me. Prolonging that, my friends, is now my goal. ☺

Love it...FGJ your transition to where you are now is something to be proud of and has given you a great foundation for your future...long term health, sustainability, fitness and quality of life become more important as we age (trust me here), that you get a body that you aren't ashamed of is just a great side benefit.
