Interesting. The last time I lifted was the final day of my linear program 9 days ago, my weight has remained at an average of 184 lbs. Yet, in just 9 days with no significant exercise, and no change to my diet, I have become visibly leaner. Hormone reset maybe? Not sure what my body is doing....but I like it! Stopping by the new gym after work to sign up. First day lifting there will be tomorrow after a 10 day break.
