Today's Training:6/1/16
Intervals with the heavy bag
- Jabs, crosses, hooks, side kicks
- 60 second jump rope between sets
- Continuous, no rest in between
- Twice

When I was finished I hugged my heavy bag and for a moment I think it hugged me back. :)
