I've been using this app since 10/6/2011, during which time I have found more of my weaknesses and where most of my calories come from. Every Friday my 19 year old joins me for lunch and we go out. He often wants to go to the local pizza joint... needless to say the pizza is great but even cutting down how much I eat isn't enough there. Every time we go there there is a major increase in my calorie intake for that day and I feel miserable! I've told him he needs to pick someplace else, we can't keep going there. He wants to help and is fine with changing.
