13dias, we find more and more on here that are starving themselves. If you are one, you need to STOP and get help. Please allow us to intervene to help. Talk to us. You are too THIN!

13Dias, it's hard to tell for sure without knowing some more statistics, like your height, but it doesn't appear to me that you need to lose any weight at all. What is your reason for the target weight and time period? Has a doctor said you need to lose? As Warren said above, if you are starving yourself, please see a doctor and get some help before you do your body serious adage.
