Success!!! I stayed under my calorie intake yesterday. I'm actually super proud of myself. I knew I was going to be having a dinner party last night so kept my intake during the day low. I don't know if that's a good thing to do or not.

I've also decided it's time to weigh in. Dun dun dun duuun. It's been almost a year, and I know I've gained at least 10 pounds. Not looking forward to it, but it's time to face reality and start working towards shedding them again. I heard it's better to weigh yourself in the morning, not sure if that's true or not, but I'll do it tomorrow morning.

So on to day four. Happy Friday everyone!

Regardless of when/where you weight, make sure that you can do that every single time.. ie. I weigh in every morning, after emptying my bladder, before chugging my coffee/water, down to my trousers.
