goooood mornin fs world just got done with my cup of coffee...an feelin more refreshed today havin gotten my sleep last night...been 8 days since i restarted my journey..and im feelin so good about my decision to come back here an keep better track of what my hand to mouth movement...i had gotten outta the habit i created 8 years ago...when i signed up at fatsecret under a different nickname...and i worked uff my first 100 pounds..an kept it off for the last 7 years.. and then just this past 8 months...lost touch with what i accomplished..and returned to bad habits..an packed on 50 pounds...all the time i was tellin myself i would change back to the healthy me an get my head on straight again..an then another day would pass..i just recently bout a new set of scales cause my last set died from me getting mad at it cause it was tellin me the truth but i couldnt accept it...sorry scales...gonna get out in the yard later an do some kind of movement...rain is headed this way for next 6 days or so..so...need to play catch up with the mowing an anything else...wishing everyone a happy weekend and its ok to mess up with the wrong food...as long as you get back into the healthy lifestyle as soon as possible...
