I had a really good day. no cookies, candy or ice cream. I hope it shows on the scale, but if not, it will not take away from my really good day of not having a Dove candy bar. I did my Dancercise tape for the first time in months! It felt so good. It is getting to that point in biggest loser that they are starting to look really good and will surpass me again in losing that last 20 lbs. Maybe this time I will lose 5-10 lbs more. I did my Curves circuit yesterday and 15 minutes on the elliptical. Hopefully my knees won't give out as usual. luv, mary
