Alright. Enough April fooling around :-) I've been really eating poorly the last week or so. Therefore, with exactly two weeks left until the end of tax season and exactly two weeks to go before I leave for my Son's wedding, I am resetting my goals. Daily average intake will be below 1,200 and daily average calories burned will be above 2,400. Further, I WILL do weight training at least 3 times per week and exercises that target my core at least 3 times per week. I don't need to lose more inches, per se. However, I do want to firm things up a bit before the wedding. This will be the first time that I've actually performed a wedding service and I want to look my best doing it in front of 100 or so people.
