In case anyone missed this - here is another excuse for me to keep on drinking my coffee:

"The study, published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, found when compared with women who consumed one cup of caffeinated coffee or less per week, those who consumed two to three cups per day had a 15 percent decrease in relative risk for depression, and those consuming four cups or more per day had a 20 percent decrease in relative risk."

DavidsMom & Bren - Will keep looking for reasons to drink it - lets see - antioxidants, fiber, etc. Any excuse will do.

Pixi - I really just like the taste too - plus after I eat, if I'm still hungry, a nice cup of coffee cures that. BTW - nice to hear from you again.

Thanks for the info, very interesting, I don't know if anyone cares but it certainly has fiber helps me anyway.....can't do with out it.....but all the other reasons are just adding up as to why I need to drink it. I am probably hooked. It just smells so delicious....
