It's Saturday - got to sleep in 'til 7.

Got to make up for last weekends fun. Big event of the day may be going to Sam's Club because we are out of everything.

By the way, yesterday was Day 3 of successfully staying on new eating plan.

7 on Saturday?!!!! Girl, you need to learn to sleep in :-) Grandaddy came and took the eldest fishing so I had to get up and make sure he was sunscreened and ready to go, otherwise it probably would have been a 10am day for me :-) Did get to sit and out and enjoy the coffee with the cool morning (before the mosquitoes got too bad)

Nicole - I usually get up at 5 so 7 is sleeping in. Besides the critters want their breakfast - they don't know it is the weekend. Nice that you got to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee.

lol - yes, I understand about the critters, by the time I usually pull the curtain to the sliding glass doors open they're both at the door waiting. My usual day is about 5:45, don't know if I could do 5 - need that extra 45 min. Glad you're having a good start to your weekend. Enjoy Sams :-)

mmmm well I won't mention I dragged myself out of my bed at 10:30 :) I did only go to sleep at about 2am to was longer than I would normally sleep. So glad your new eating plan is going well and you have found your groove Buffy :)

Sorry I didn't get out until 11.30 woke up at 9am to a text that my appt had been cancelled so nice just to turn over and go back to sleep.....But didn't go to bed till 3am watched a friend in a band the night before.

Nicole - Some days I sleep in, but since I have to be at work by 7 that doesn't give me much time.

Sandy - I'd probably earn a lot shopping with your lists! BTW, I found a different kind of preservative free sausage - made with spinach and asiago cheese - will let you know.

Tracy & Yvonne - I have absolutely nothing against sleeping in. As a matter of fact, an afternoon nap sounds pretty good right now.

By now, you should be close to ending day 4 successfully! Hooray for you! Are you getting adequate sleep when you get up at 5:00am? I'm embarrassed to have anyone know what my sleeping patterns are these days!

Pamela - Yes, am done eating for the day and I only had 1201 calories! I'm trading calories for carbs so I got my sliver of cantaloupe with real whipped cream on it for a treat. As for sleeping patterns, no, most days I do not get enough sleep - which may explain all the coffee. If I didn't work (or have pesky animals) who knows how long I'd sleep.
