I avoided the pork rinds (REALLY high in salt) because there is no such thing in my house as having "a serving." It's all or nothing. I avoided the ice cream and the single-serving frozen pies. I reminded myself that, truthfully, I wasn't even hungry and it just sounded good because I needed water (I recognized I was thirsty). I avoided the canned nuts because I knew I would eat them ALL. I wanted salt so I grabbed a single pack of non-roasted peanuts (4 carbs and not bad on salt) and ate them all as soon as I got in the car.

Had a big salad for dinner and now I'll down a huge bottle of water and then another. I think once I'm rehydrated the "wants" will stop. I typically get them either when I'm dehydrated or if I've already had some sweets/carbs and it triggers it.

It's been a decent day although it went too fast (I know! Who knew a Monday could go too fast??). I hope your day has gone well. If it hasn't, hang in there. It's almost done ;)

Salt is good for balancing electrolytes and keeps you hydrated on LC. You were probably craving it for a reason. Nice control over the sugar! :)
