I've been thinking yes me thinking I might have a break day on Super Bowl Sunday. Not too much of one, I've been avoiding cheese but I might make a dip to have with pork rinds while watching the game would love to add a couple of beers but won't beer and pizza were part of my watching Base Ball. Base Ball is really my game. It all depends on who makes it to the Super Bowl if it's 2 teams I don't care about then snacks won't be needed. And of course it depends on how things go between now and then. As for now I'm staying the course.
Just wanted to put my thoughts out there, everyone have a great day.

Hey BASEBALL is really my game as well. I watch all season long with the MLB cable package - any game, any team. Of course, growing up in Boston makes me a die-hard Red Sox fan...even when they stink.

I occasionally drink Michelob Ultra Lite, and it doesn't knock me out of keto (provided I stay in Carb range). I forget the exact Carb count, but it is 2.something. An even safer option is vodka mixed with a 0 Carb drink mix. Like I said though, I only do this occasionally.

Honestly, we are SO hard on ourselves...when we aren't "dieting" we eat what we want when we want, that's why we gain weight. Not because we eat what we want when we want once in a great while. (try to say that 3x fast LOL) Enjoy : )

It was last year on the day after the Superbowl that I stepped on the scale and decided it was time to really make some changes. We are having some folks over to watch the game again this year and it is amazing how different my attitude is about the snacks we will serve. My advice would be to try to avoid mindless eating though. Get a small bowl of pork rinds rather than eating handfuls from the serving bowl, for example. Make it so you have to get up to get more of something to eat. There are many ways you can enjoy yourself without going too far overboard. :)
