I got up (really) late this morning so I'll wait til tomorrow to weigh in. I think I may continue my fast until tomorrow am. Finished eating last night at 630 and it's already noon. Still debating but I'm not hungry so it may be a thing. I only had one cup of coffee so far so I still have 2 more cups of coffee to go ;)

My walk is calling me today. So far the highest number of steps I've gotten was 13778. I'm targeting 15000 for today. It'll be a challenge since I'm starting later but it's Saturday. I can do it, probably without trying harder than normal. It'll help my endurance, which I'm going to need next month when Dad comes in lol. I want to be able to walk 2 hours with him and not be winded or have him slow down for me. I'm at about an hour right now without feeling like I want to whine. As I do this daily and stretch out the walks, I'm growing and learning (again those words ugh!) and my endurance comes up. Change is good, transition sucks lol. And then we accomplish that which seemed impossible a short time ago. And on to the next challenge! :)

Have a great day buddies...

Gr8 job! I just ordered a pedometer, sounds like it helps you be more aware of your activity.

It really does. It makes my day measureable too so I can see how active or not active I am. Seeing a low number on the steps can either guilt me into getting out there or making a conscious decision about my activity for the day. I have to decide whether I'm being lazy or really need to listen to my body.
