Well I’m coming into the weekend with a zero. Couldn’t egg fast but I did have eggs for lunch and steak for dinner. My belly is hurting in my sleep again. Mother’s Day weekend. I can only hope for a half pound loss over the weekend for the whole week total.
Going to Ruth’s for brunch Sunday. I think I’ll pack some tidbits.
I need to stay positive. At least it is a zero and not a gain. So far
88.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 26.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
