Ive been feeling super bloated and huge, so todays weigh in is no surprise. Ive been trying to eat better, but since I havent been tracking... I know its been getting away from me. Im already coming up on an event that I wanted to weigh less for, but now its too late. Thats my normal signal to throw in the towel but Im going to keep trying and not let it get me.

Dose wheat products bother you. Gluten gets my stomach like that. Beans may be go to eat on diets but the after affect can be uncomfortable. Perhaps pushing up your water content might help?? Wishing you the best.

Best part about making a lifestyle change is that you have your whole life to do it. If you accidentally sabotaged a deadline no worries. Keep going because throwing in the towel is like saying “I don’t care about myself”.
