Happy 😃 happy 😃 foggy Tuesday…

7 months ago my doctor wanted to put me on statins…my cholesterol hit 220.. I said no..and tried to watch my food….then 3 months later…it hit 250…again the statins were pushed….again I said no….last Thursday… I had another blood work…4 months later….i got blood results…202….all a matter of changing food….a victory for me….a non scale victory….and yet just as emotional…lots of listening to podcasts…figuring it out….

Sippin ☕️… window open….enjoying all my blessings mi have to be thankful for….almost 20 years of food experience….and yet..I’ve never hit my final weight release….i get close..then…I I have a celebration..from a victory of some kind..and I start all over again….

So…once again…I start again….

My girlfriend..is feting to figure out fatsecret on her iPhone…I use my iPad and a browser…I’ve trued to help her on iPhone..but sight is a problem…and the set up on phone isn’t as easy to figure out…

Well…coffee is gone..things to do…

Positive thoughts and energy is all….

I, too, fought over statins and won! I went Mediterranean food wise. That made a huge difference. Also, fun fact skip your coffee morning of bloodwork. It will raise your cholesterol numbers. And try to limit consumption to 2 per day! Congrats! Stay off the meds as long as possible. Ps Metamucil helps too!
