Still going OK. Trying to adapt to the low protein diet. However, this is my life now. If I want to live, I have to keep protein below 70g per day to save what’s left my kidneys.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 53.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
