I just finished my workout. I think I have more energy in the morning than I do in the afternoon.I saw the plastic surgeon this morning and the spot on my chest is just a sunspot. nothing to worry about but I did ask about getting some surgery done to remove loose skin. I'm waiting for an estimate.Im curious 😁

I'm in BC. I doubt it would be covered, I don't need to remove that much, Just want a bit of a tummy tuck.
