This was me after treating myself. And it doesn’t make any sense to treat myself and beat myself later right?. I enjoyed them and the calories were similar to my binge. I hv new habit developed in past 6 weeks. Put everything on log even gum which is 5 cal

Just because of this new habit of putting each and everything that goes into my mouth developed my relationship with foods. But treating ourselves extremely is it necessary? I don’t think so. And I didn’t want to beat myself up for those huge amounts of calories I had yesterday. I got back on track from this morning. Now had pre workout and fasting 😇 and I am planning to use as many calories as possible for today’s workout cable and machine version of full body workout 🔥💪. Stay healthy, hydrated and focused everyone. Happy Saturday cheers
