Happy Birthday to MOM. Also, congrats on maintaining a loss of 115 lbs for such a long time. I lost 100 22 yrs ago and maintained until 5 yrs back when illness slowed me down and I let a few good habits slide. I gained 20 over those 5yrs and now at 80 trying to lose them. Blessings.
