My co workers brought these but I don’t even have any intention to even touch them. I am not surprised though but if it’s evening I would be a different person 😈… I can guarantee that I finish these two boxes at ease 😅.

There is also candy box behind. 🙄 If I had same control in the evening definitely I prefer eating in the mornings and fasting during evenings as the benefits of eating in the morning outweighs evenings. I get hungry at evenings and nights so here I go 😊

My office continually had baked goods or lunches ordered in for b-days, holiday dinners etc. I found it very hard to stay on track. It wasn’t until I left there that I was able to lose weight

Val_lily that sounds like my office right now 🤦🏼‍♀️ and it got to me this week 😑 Rishi- nighttime is difficult for me too, I generally make poor choices the later it gets lol
