Well def learning curve. My lab work came back perfect except my anion gap is very high, which from what I can understand it looks like I’m eating wayyyyy too much protein and have to add carbs ! Sweet potato In My salad it is! Anyone else have advice???

I am not an expert. Yhis is what I would do for myself. If in ketosis I would expect the higher reading. Only if it was super high it would be an issue... I generally use ginger to help with the balance. (And again this is just what I would do. I do consult my doctor along the way

I am high protein, high fiber, lower carb. So I would recommend high fiber veggies.
