Bacon & Egg Cups

Super easy to make & is only 2 ingredients - sugar-free bacon and eggs.

In a 350F oven, cook the bacon for about 15 minutes then remove to plate to allow to cool somewhat. In a muffin tin ( I use silicone muffin liners in my muffin tin) line each one with 1 strip of bacon. Crack an egg into each. Put back into the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Store in fridge till needed. 2-3 cups makes a meal.

Simple as that.

In the picture, I had one with no bacon because I ran out...lol. But still good.
