Ok, I have calculated about 1000 calories per day for the week. Working on putting all the stuff in certain areas in the fridge and then the dry goods on the shelf together. I will probably go out Friday night so the way I will handle that is to write down anything not on the list. At the end of the month I will deduct what I don't eat from the shelf items. I tried some oatmeal grain thing and that was awful. I just really don't like oatmeal unless it has sugar and cream on it so I am skipping the oatmeal. So off we go! I have definitely decided on going to the reunion in June so that is where I am aiming. Made peanut butter cookies and I think I will make the rule that I have to have tea if I have a cookie because I have to increase water intake.
