Trying hard to work more exercise back into my schedule and add more cardio with winter setting and less outdoor activity. Adding ice skating as I used to love it and there is a rink close to work. I splurged on new skates yesterday as mine are probably over 30 years old with no ankle support left and never had any padding. I will consider these my annual Christmas pressent to myself. I've been doing that for the last several years. What a huge difference in the new ones!!! Went to a wonderful little skate shop. Will try them after work tomorrow.
TRX workout today @ home and hoping to squeeze in a gym workout over the weekend. Next week will be a challenge with appts after work.

Anxious to try the but not with 30+ mph winds today. Tomorrow is good I need to get and put some sealer on them first anyway.

HCB--it's an attempt to re-learn. LOL I used to but only twice in the last 20 years. It's something I've wanted to try to get back to since my body has quit hurting all the time and I'm no longer constantly limping. I'll see how it goes.

Had a blast ice skating today with my new skates, 45 min. I can do this!! Worked on stopping as well as moving forward. Much less reliance on the outside rail and braved getting away from it numerous times. Talked to some nice people. My skates felt wonderful! no more wobbly ankles!! WOOT WOOT.
