My battle with edema is a loosing one and it's depressing me to no end! I changed my RDI's to include Sodium intake and WoW... I can't believe how much hidden salt there is in food!! Brick cheese is my goto for protein but not anymore aftering seeing the sodium content!!!
I am now seeking a new delicious low-sodium protein to munch on... any suggestions?? This is gonna be a tough one due to my soya intolerance!

I use eggs, chicken, fish, Greek yogurt and bone broth meal with almond milk. Try and see if you like it. I stay away from cheese mostly unless I am having a slice of pizza.
