chest 40 --> same
upper belly 34.---> down .5
lower belly 39--> down 1
hips 42.---> same
thigh 22--> down 1.5
calf 13 --> same
arm 12-> up
81.7 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
