One of my favourite gluten free meals: a bed of lettuce, topped with 1 chopped up pork chop. Jasmine rice and Kuhne's red cabbage. This is the closest recipe to my mom's cooked red cabbage as I have ever tasted... the only items that seem to be missing are onion & apple.
