My stomach is upset today. Not sure if it was because of obsessing about my knee MRI or because of the salad I had yesterday. I swear my body doesn't like raw vegetables but handles cooked veggies okay. Had dry toast and coffee earlier. Don't plan on eating much. I put 5 saltines in my food log in case I need them later. But I know how easily 5 saltines can turn into 20. So for now it's Gaviscon tablets and warm milk later.

Congratulations on keeping the saltines intake under control! They seem to work like nothing else when you have an upset stomach! Have a good day.😊

Thanks Broccolibabe! I have no idea how many saltines I actually ended up eating. Originally took 8 but went back for more.. Wish I could buy those little packages of just 2 crackers you get at restaurants sometimes! I checked my weight this morning and I'm up about 2.5 pounds. Hoping to do just liquids today and maybe tomorrow so I don't post a gain on Sunday.

You can lightly sauté your veggies before adding them to your salad.
