How often do you step on the scales?? I was doing it on a daily basis and was getting pretty pissed at seeing that some days, my weight was up almost 3 pounds!! What the Hell!! I haven't eaten in like 3 days!! whiney eggsaggeration...oh please, can't you take a food pun??
No...seriously - I have reduced my food intake to 3 meals a day with 3 snacks a day.... I am by bad habit, a 'grazer', never eating a real meal, I eat whatever/whenever I'm hungry. uuuum....it worked - as long as I worked upwards of 70+ hours a week!! Then in May/23, I got injured at work and this gramma suddenly became old and got fat... and that's when the 'scale watching' started. So, in order to save my sanity and my scale's battery life.. it's been a whole 4 days!!
I don't know how I found this website...it's amazing when you get lost in cyber-space... reality grinds to a halt, you have 37 browser tabs open and you don't know where the Christmas music is coming from!! LoL anyways..I love this site! I input my weight, told it that I want to lose weight slowly and off I went... searching for food that I ate to input for my food journal - click, click, click. Oh don't get me started on the exercise journal for calorie burning...although I find some things a little wonky. Like - you burn more calories fishing (sitting in a boat and drinking beer) than you do washing your car??? Puhleeese...who figured that one out!!!
Now with all this daily journaling that I'm doing I feel that I should impart some words of wisdom... aaahahaha!! nope not today!!
