Going to weigh in tomorrow and accept what it says.
I have a few resolutions that Im working on. Im not a "new year/new me" person, but I like the process of coming up with a goal and the steps to make that goal happen. I did that in 2019, had it all written out, and I was really successful until about mid/late 2020. Looking back now, I see that there was a lot of grief and depression that I just couldnt get a handle on (or realize that I was struggling with) and it knocked me right off track and I didnt know how to climb out of that hole. I spent some time in therapy in 2023 and I wish I could still afford to go, but I did learn a lot. Now I just have to get back to the gym!
