Noticing I’m not the only one who’s weight is going ⬆️ during this time. Just wanted to say you’re not alone. I see all the success stories here and they are inspiring but at the same time I feel I’m the only one struggling. I feel better seeing I’m not the only one and it gives me hope that we can do this.

I finally got back on track! I haven’t gone off the rails like this in over 5 years! I’ve been able to lose 3 of the 6 lbs I gained in Dec. I hope we all have success!💜

You're not the only one struggling. I am contemplating chocolate as we speak. At other times of year it wouldn't be there to contemplate.
