turtle power ... squat 270×12 ... I need to start doing some cardio again though that set left me gassed

ZenusWarriorPrincess thanks yes Mt last best was 265 ×11 so +5lb and 1 rep. all about consistency to out it in perspective it was only a few months ago that 275 was my true 1 rep max that I could do and next Monday that will be my new working set weight l keep it up little bits add up big

ddrudd right silly cardio. but on a serious note a bunch of pics popped up on my Google memories of me in some trail runs and races and I was like damn I actually miss running right now in the woods at least
