Just a quick note. I haven't been on much in the last few days due to pain. I have a dr appointment on Monday to see if something new is happening I don't think my back could have changed much since my MRI in June so I think we will be looking at my left hip whatever I hope we can figure out something.
Taking so many pain killers really plays havoc with my resolve to eat right and because I'm having so much trouble walking leaves me without exercise, I'm just a mess but I will keep doing the best I can. I really want to get back on the treadmill.
I really don't want to gain during this time. I just want to get past this. I will try to log to help keep me honest.
On a brighter note I've lost the sweet taste in my mouth. I'm pretty sure it was coming from the Swerve I will use what I've bought but will not buy anymore.
I have read some of your journals everyone keep up the good work and those of you who talk with God please put in a word for me to be able to find the cause of this new pain and what to do for it.

HCB, thanks for asking about the cats their doing good. Taking their meds like troopers, Marcel is still a little different and of course his voice hasn't returned since his buddy (Merlin) died it's been 7 months so I think he's probably as good as it's going to get for him. I'm still having problems with loosing him but I'm afraid it may be as good as it's going to get for me too. I've looked into a grievance group for pet loss to go to. I was using the Inversion Table and doing good and then all of a sudden this new pain started really bad from the beginning. I'm hoping the dr can do something . Taking pain pills is no way to live. The day it started I had planned to go to Sprouts to get stuff for a natural pain killer and couldn't so after the dr Monday I'll be going there.

Marcel is becoming more clingy to me and that's fine with me I want to do my best to make him happy. If you could have seen him a few months back it would have broken your heart.

Oh yes, I remember Marcel and how poorly he was doing back them. I am happy he is better - he loves you and wants to be close!
