I take cinnamon twice a day.

Does it work well for you, Morticia? My late husband was diabetic, as well as my mother and grandmother. So far so good for me, but my children have all had issues with low blood sugar from time to time.

I put cinnamon on bananas and in oatmeal. It's on the list of anti inflammatory foods

Cinnamon does have anti inflammatory properties, but like many of these things you have to eat a LOT of it for it to really have any real effect. But it tastes great and is a good addition to many soups and foods for that reason alone.

Actually there are studies showing that as little as 1 - 6 g(1.2 tsp) daily can have a significant effect. It's natural, affordable and tastes great with so many things. It is good for high blood pressure also Ive read.
