I've stopped logging water and all drinks. I think I was too obsessed with logging everything. The only drinks I log now are ones that I know have calories. I have changed my evening snack to be a fruit. Also eating more veggies 😁 I did better this week than I had in the last 8 months while I was using the loseit app. Community makes a difference.

Great plan. I don’t track any drinks without calories either and eventually stopped logging most veggies as well that are low calorie. Helps keep obsessive behaviour at bay.

think I need to try not logging veggies etc. annoys my wife with weighing everything and counting the cal's

I do weigh my fruit and some veggies . I don't bother with dark greens.
