Food prep time... grinding some Cumin, Schezwan and Black Pepper to add to some Onion, Garlic, Turmeric, smoked Paprika, Cayenne, Rosemary, Chili, and Hing powder... with a tsp of Oregano flakes for good luck. That will spice 1.35kgs of Lean Ground Beef. Then it will get weighed into 120g portions, pressed into patties, then bagged, tagged and into the freezer. Also picked up a 2.2kg Pork Loin for slicing and dicing, some will get seasoned with Tandoori, Garlic, Onion, Rosemary, Hing, and smoked Paprika powder. Then bagged, tagged etc... The rest I haven't decided yet.
