Ahhhh September....

My favorite time of year begins.

The crack of the .243 as I verify that my scope is still true...

The smell of Gun oil as I prep the 12 gauge for the cold mornings in the fog...

The smell of heated apple cider and cinnamon as I prepare the wort of my first 5 gallon batch of home brewed hard cider for yeast...

Soon I will on the water and in the woods in pursuit of the truest form of organic protein that there is, and I will do my part in preserving what ecosystem remains in the New Hampshire mountains and remove myself from consuming animals that are factory farmed and raised only to be eaten with no other purpose in life.

It is going to be a beautiful Fall season!
