Coming up to the 10th anniversary of my mom's death. No going to lie, it was probably part of the August roller coaster ride. My doctor has already started upping my meds to hopefully keep the dips minimal. Fingers crossed.
Through all of this I held to my Keto lifestyle. That's a major NSV for me. I'm not sure if it was the nausea that kept me from turning to carbs during my low points, or just no longer having the cravings. Either way, I'll take it.
Keep going. One day at a time. We can do it.
