32inch waist.
It's been over 5 years since I've seen that, and that was very briefly back then. My starting waist measurement was 56 (with the tape tight).
Trying not to schitz over the scale going up 3lbs this morning, though..I KNOW I didnt eat an extra 10,000 calories yesterday! Ugh. Why does it do that??
In the past 20 days, I've run 44 miles, and I was feeling great about the waist measurement this morning......so why am I letting a scale fluke fill me with anxiety? Sigh.
