As we enter September (where did the other 8 months go ??), I wanted to say "Thanks" to everyone on FS for the comments and pictures you post. They encourage me, they strengthen me, they make me smile, and some bring a tear to my eyes due to the issues others are undergoing. In many of the issues, most of us can empathize from life experience. They also make me realize that each of us have our own specific issues with regard to life, weight, exercising, and eating. Guess that is why we are here. Again, thank you. Everyone keep focusing, keep exercising, and keep losing / maintaining your weight. God is good !!
