Just a quick note to say sorry I missed everyone yesterday but after running around in 107° heat I didn't have anything left in the tank when I got home to do anything. Today won't be much better I have to be out in the heat again and then go to the eye Dr. After she dilates my eyes I won't be able to see to get on here. So I just wanted to say hello to everyone.
I'm still fighting this back pain I can't give in and take the muscle relaxers and pain pill both in the day time (like my Dr said to do) because it wipes me out and all I do is sleep and I hate being out of control. And that's what a drugged sleep does to you. Maybe I'll try that over the weekend when my DH is home. I really hate feeling that way. I'm looking into acupuncture maybe that will help. I have to see what my insurance has to say.
Well that's enough of my moaning it will let up some it always does, it's just been a long stretch this time. Thanks for listening to me.
I've been sticking to my WOE ok I just need to weigh with all the pills that slow things down I'll be happy if I just stay the same and not gain.
By the way I made the Almond Joy fat bombs but didn't have the solid dark chocolate bar so I used dark cocoa and boy was it strong. I measured the way the cocoa can said for subsituting. Is the taste suppose to be so intense?
