hating myself right about now😡 had a binge eating day followed by purging. this hasn't happened in years. I think it's the stress and anxiety that I've under lately more then usual. Usually it happens one then I loose control.

listen to do is to try to break yourself out of the cycle. it's better than just beating yourself up and getting stuck. you don't want to get stuck into a mental fugue where you just follow into the same trap over and over it happened it's over it's over and done no big deal these things happen move on after all it's now the past we can't change what's happened in the past we can only change what we do in the future we can make plans now the corrections in the present to change our actions in the future. after all you were honest you owned your behavior you've acknowledged what caused it you can now make plans to prevent it in the future and make corrections to the actions you're currently taking what more can you do about what it's been done. I support your efforts. Rock on!

Most important right now. Don't hate yourself, hate the action. Plan for the next super-stress period. It will come. If you plan for before it comes. You need a written step by step plan. Who can you call? What can you do instead of eating? What can you do instead of purging? Planning for success is planning NOT to fall. It is a Fall Not a Fail! You are a Beautiful caring person! You deserve to Love Yourself!

I can relate. It is so difficult for me to get this through my brain. I KNOW what I 'should' do and not do but sometimes that just doesn't seem to cut it and I go on a binge, then may or may not purge, just depends. But I am a compulsive obsessive overeater, stress eater, eat when I'm not even hungry, eat when I'm full. I know it is my emotions leading me. I do have good days and right now I am running on good days. I think being here helps alot and so many people here can relate to the battle. I also find that I just need to keep the foods out of the house that are not on my woe and really force myself NOT to eat take out and fast food. Take care of YOU & be true to YOU :-)

I go threw the same thing once I start eating I can’t stop. But most importantly tomorrow’s anew day. I always hate myself for have binge days but you can get threw this just start new tomorrow and remember how it made you feel when you binged. You can do this 💪🏼

Please don’t be angry at yourself. Make peace with this one mistake and do some self loving activity (bubble baths never fail for me) Tomorrow is a different day and you’ll wake up the intact. Have a of making it a great day. Stay strong!
