I weighed and no loss, but I'm not surprised I didn't do as well asi I should have with my WOE and the last few days my back has been really bad so I've taken more meds. But life goes on and I'll keep trying. If I was perfect I wouldn't have a problem anyway.

If anyone got a message saying I dropped you as a buddy I didn't mean to. I was deleting some things trying to make more room on my iPad. Please send me another request.

I read something saying a lot of supplements have starch as a filler in them so I thought I would pass the info along and I looked at mine and sure enough some of mine did. I'm going to see if I can find replacements for them.

I guess that's my news for today.

My Goal for today is stick with my WOE and if my back permits walk for half an hour.
